This interactive, practical and engaging course will develop the Human Resources leadership knowledge and skills of participants at an advanced level as well as the competences needed to achieve greater results.

Learning outcomes

Have a full understanding of what “Business Partnering” is, what it looks like in practice, its benefits and how to demonstrate and develop it. Have developed their knowledge of business strategy, strategic thinking and planning, change management, metrics and measurement, and other key areas. Have advanced their understanding of alternative organizational models and the benefits and costs of each. Improve key competences including partnership building, business acumen, professionalism, courageous leadership and more.
