iLead was founded in Bern with a simple thesis: too much corporate training is theatre. Slides, frameworks, mandatory attendance — and nothing changes the next quarter.
We wanted something different. So we built a Swiss institute that pairs international accreditation bodies with practitioners who've done the work — supply-chain leaders who actually fixed broken supply chains, finance directors who restructured failing businesses, HR directors who reshaped organisations.
Today our programs run in three regions: from our headquarters in Bern, our office in Riyadh that anchors our Gulf presence, and our Muscat office serving Oman and the wider region. We deliver in-person, virtually, and on-site at the world's leading organisations.
What hasn't changed is the bar. Every program is judged by one question: did the work change?
