The CMI Level 3: Principles of Management and Leadership is ideal for supervisors or first-line managers; ensuring you can meet organizational objectives and competently support day-to-day operations. Enrollees in this program have the opportunity to earn three different qualifications based on the commitment they choose, with enrollees who complete one unit earning an MOL Award, enrollees who complete three units earning an MOL Certificate, and enrollees who complete eight units earning the MOL Diploma.
