Constant upgrade of labor laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has increased the reponsibility of business to ensure compliance within their internal policies, documentation and processes. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) has been continously enhacing the quality of the regulations, thus all employees and employers must keep track and rase their awareness when it comes to labor law.

Labour & Employment Law in Saudi Arabia has been designed to provide insight into best practice, giving delegates an understanding of current trends in KSA within the immigration and employment context. An increase in Saudization and rights of employers to manage employees, particularly when dealing with employment termination. The course will also provide delegates with an overview of, and insight into, the KSA labour law regimes.

Additionally, upon attending this course, delegates will learn the key labour law framework and an employer’s overarching duties, responsibilities and obligations towards its employees, including potential liabilities and risk for non-compliance.
