Understand the concepts and practices of agile leadership and the behaviors, actions, and systems of agile organizations. Advance teamwork as an agile leader, encourage collaboration, demonstrate trust, and build autonomy. Improve the capability to embrace change, enhance openness, and increase flexibility, creativity, and innovation. Grow agile leaders and instill the principles of agile leadership in others and in the organization’s culture. Develop action plans for the application of training at work.

The course is aimed at anyone in a leadership role who needs to apply the principles of agile leadership to transform their organization and the teams and culture within it.
