Coaching Engagement Process

Pre-Coaching: Initial contracting to set business objectives, clarify expectations, ensure coach/executive fit, and establish confidentiality. Phase I: 360-degree leadership assessment, feedback, and identification of growth areas. Phase II: Creating and implementing a personal development plan (PDP), progress reports, and ongoing support. Phase III & IV: Monitoring and sustaining change, measuring effects, and re-contracting if necessary.

Is there a group rate for my team? +
We offer reduced rates for groups of 3 or more from the same organisation, and we can deliver private cohorts on-site or virtually. Mention 'group booking' in your enrollment message and we'll get back with options.
What happens if I have to cancel? +
Cancellations more than 14 days before the start date are fully refundable. Within 14 days, you can transfer your seat to a colleague or to a future cohort at no extra cost. Full terms are in our AGB.
